What is a carpentry assistant?

Carpentry Assistants are entry-level workers who support carpenters by performing a variety of tasks on construction sites or in workshops. Their duties often include preparing materials, cleaning work areas, carrying tools, measuring and cutting wood, and assisting with assembling or installing structures.
