What is a carpentry helper?

Carpentry helpers assist skilled carpenters by performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, such as carrying materials, cleaning work areas, and using basic hand or power tools. They support carpenters in building, installing, and repairing structures made of wood and other materials. Carpentry helpers often measure and cut materials, hold tools or wood in place, and ensure that the workspace remains organized and safe.
