TURQUOISE PLACE COA MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Summary:
Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Perform building tasks in one or more fields; carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
Essential Duties:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs in maintenance trade fields in a timely and efficient manner as assigned by daily work orders.
  • Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities requiring repair or replacement.
  • Use preventive maintenance to maintain equipment and tools as assigned.
  • Cleanup work area upon completing a work order.
  • Perform daily/weekly inspections
  • Perform other reasonable duties, functions, and special projects as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent customer service/hospitality skills required
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • 1 year of prior maintenance experience, required
  • Must have working knowledge in at least two of the maintenance fields
  • Ability to use electronic work pad 
Physical Requirements:
  • Be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Be able to stand/walk for entire shift.
  • Be able to climb ladders and stairs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel
  • Ability to work in outside, inclement weather conditions.
