Red Branch Outdoor Living is looking for a dependable, experienced Crew Lead Carpenter who takes pride in their craft and enjoys leading a team to build exceptional outdoor spaces.

We build custom decks, covered patios, fireplaces, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens for homeowners who expect high-quality craftsmanship. Our team focuses on building things the right way, maintaining professional & clean job sites, and building projects we're proud to stand behind.
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction (decks, patios, outdoor structures, framing, or similar).
  • 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a construction crew.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Maintain high standards while staying on schedule
  • Take ownership of the jobsite from start to finish

Qualifications
