We build custom decks, covered patios, fireplaces, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens for homeowners who expect high-quality craftsmanship. Our team focuses on building things the right way, maintaining professional & clean job sites, and building projects we're proud to stand behind.
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction (decks, patios, outdoor structures, framing, or similar).
  • 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a construction crew.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Maintain high standards while staying on schedule
  • Take ownership of the jobsite from start to finish

Responsibilities
• Lead and inspire a team of carpenters to deliver top-notch outdoor living spaces, ensuring every project meets our high standards.
• Oversee daily operations on the jobsite, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for all team members.
• Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor and develop crew members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations, prioritizing the well-being of the team and clients alike.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction (decks, patios, outdoor structures, framing, or similar).
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a residential construction crew.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, including framing, decking, trim work, and structural connections.
• Ability to lay out projects accurately and ensure work meets design specifications.
• Familiarity with local building codes and jobsite safety practices.
• Strong communication skills with crew members, project managers, and clients as needed.
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality standards on the jobsite.
• Skilled at delegating tasks and managing workflow.
