Job description

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Current and unrestricted OT licensure in the state of Indiana.
  • Recent skilled home care experience proficiency.
  • HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS proficiency.
  • Understanding of Medicare guidelines for home care.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
  • Master's or Doctorate required.
Assignment Details
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Coverage area includes White, Pulaski, Fulton, Cass, Carroll, Miami, and Howard counties.
  • Weekend rotation required.
  • Potential availability on observed holidays required.
  • Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of visit.
