• Develop personalized treatment plans with clients, ensuring a collaborative approach that reflects their goals and challenges.

Our clientele consists of a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families who present various mental health concerns. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Caritas, you will work with clients from varied backgrounds, including different age groups, cultural contexts, and socioeconomic statuses. This diversity enriches the therapeutic experience, allowing you to draw upon a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to suit each client’s unique circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct clinical services, ideally within a private practice or similar setting.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention.
