What You’ll Do

As a Small Engine Technician, you’ll deliver high-quality equipment set-up and service that meets manufacturers’ standards and exceeds customer expectations. We proudly serve a diverse customer base that includes golf courses, professional sports organizations such as the NFL, NASCAR, MLS, and MLB, and world-class venues like Disney.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up new equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Preparing demo units and assembling accessories to customer specifications
  • Grinding reels, bed knives, and blades; setting accurate height of cut
  • Documenting issues clearly and efficiently
  • Using computer systems for parts lookup and communication
  • Supporting internal quality control inspections
