As we continue expanding across Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia, we're looking for a driven, people-first leader to join our team as the Director of Growth & Agent Development in Towson, Maryland.

Compensation $80,000 - $120,000 base + performance bonuses

What We're Looking For
• Demonstrated experience in the real estate industry (sales, brokerage operations, coaching, or recruiting) - required
• Tech-forward leader ready to utilize AI and tech tools to drive growth
• Active Maryland real estate license - preferred
• Proven track record in recruiting, talent development, business development, or a related high-performance environment
• Strong communicator - written, verbal, and in-person - with the ability to build trust quickly and manage multiple relationships simultaneously
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• 2+ years of experience in real estate recruiting, agent development, inside sales, or a similar field
