A Career Development Associate is a professional who supports individuals in planning and achieving their career goals. They often work in educational institutions, corporations, or career centers, providing guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, job searching, and professional development. Their role may include organizing workshops, conducting career assessments, and connecting clients with potential employers or networking opportunities. They play a vital part in helping clients gain clarity on their career paths and develop the necessary skills for success.
