Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Marketing & Sales Representative who has a passion for growing business and making a difference in the lives of others. In this role, you will be responsible for generating client leads, building strong referral relationships, and increasing brand awareness within the community.

You will play a key role in expanding our presence by connecting with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and families in need of home care services.

Responsibilities of a Marketing & Sales Representative:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, senior centers, case managers, etc.)

  • Generate and track client leads through community outreach and networking

  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and “lunch and learns”

  • Represent the company at local events, health fairs, and networking groups

  • Educate potential clients and partners on services offered by CareBuilders at Home

  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into active clients

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral pipelines

  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding

  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and revenue goals


Skills & Qualifications of a Marketing & Sales Representative:

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, healthcare outreach, or business development preferred

  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable with in-person outreach and community engagement

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Must be able to pass a background check
