Position Summary:

We are seeking compassionate, empathetic, and dependable Caregivers who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing

  • Provide companionship and emotional support • Assist with light housekeeping (meal preparation, laundry, tidying up)

  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities

  • Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment


Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Previous caregiving experience required

  • HCA registration with the State of California (or willingness to obtain—we can assist)

  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable

  • Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting

  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions

  • Availability for flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and/or nights)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

  • TB test within the last 90 days

  • Spanish-speaking is a plus

  • Must maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $18.50 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
