Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographical area. Supervisory and/or home care experience preferred.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Essential Duties:
  • Strategically coordinate and manage employee scheduling in alignment with individualized client care plans established during intake, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuity of care
  • Oversee and execute weekly payroll processing for all caregivers with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail
  • Compile, analyze, and deliver comprehensive weekly reports to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making
  • Proactively manage and adapt work schedules in response to client needs, staff availability, illness, vacations, and leaves of absence, ensuring uninterrupted client services through effective contingency planning and coverage solutions
  • Provide leadership and direct supervision to service staff by establishing clear expectations for attendance, performance, and professional conduct, while consistently reinforcing adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Position Requirements & Competencies:
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of Industry experience required.
  • Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
