You must possess at least three (3) or more years of related experience in lawn care services/ lawn care treatments to be considered for this position. 


As the trusted expert in lawn treatment, you'll lead daily operations, mentor and support technicians, and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your leadership will help create stunning outdoor spaces while fostering a strong culture of teamwork and service excellence.

Position Highlights:

  • Salary starting at $75,000 with the potential of $90,000 through bonuses, and a company vehicle.

As our Lawn Care Service Manager, you'll oversee a team of lawn care technicians, ensuring the highest quality delivery of services such as fertilization, weed control, tree and shrub care, aeration, and fungicide applications.

You'll:

  • Coach and train lawn specialists to perform treatments with precision and safety
  • Ensure services meet or exceed client expectations
  • Conduct interviews, select top talent, and create a positive work environment
  • Maintain high standards in efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee treatment equipment use, maintenance, and repair

Requirements


  • High School Graduate
  • Must have three (3) or more years of related experience in lawn care services/ lawn care treatments such as lawn fertilization, tree and shrub care, aeration, weed control treatments, fungicide treatments.
  • 3+ years of supervisory management experience in lawn care treatments is required
  • Certificates licenses and registrations as required by federal and state law
  • Valid permanent driver's license from state of residence and a clean driving record per company standards are required.
  • Current liability auto insurance required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card. Must be 21 years of age by date of hire.
  • Experience with repair and maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
  • Proficient with Google sheets or similar software.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verb
