RN - Critical Care Response Team - 12 hour nights
Join Our Critical Care Response Team at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Hospital
Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center stands as a distinguished institution, encompassing a 420-bed teaching hospital.
The Critical Care Response Team is a newly established hospital-wide unit designed to provide rapid, expert clinical support for patients experiencing acute deterioration outside of the intensive care unit.
Weekly Working Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hour nights
Summary:
The position serves as a clinical expert, mentor, and operational partner to frontline nurses, providers, respiratory therapy, and nursing leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) (Required),
  • Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and
  • Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
  • RN - Registered Nurse License (Required)
  • CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
  • Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience (Required)
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in Rapid Response, Critical Care/ Critical Care Transport, Emergency Department, ICU or similar high-acuity areas preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
