Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health requirements. This entails utilizing standardized tools and documenting findings to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, depending on client needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate holistic care aimed at improving patient outcomes.
  • Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing emotional support and intervention when clients are in acute distress, ensuring their safety and immediate needs are addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
