Care Management Associate (CMA)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time Zone (No weekends or holidays but based on business needs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Care Management Associate (CMA) to support care management and healthcare coordination programs. In this role, you will work alongside nurses, medical directors, providers, and care teams to ensure members receive timely, appropriate, and cost-effective healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and triage provider requests and member cases.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers, members, and internal teams to support quality care outcomes.
  • Research and resolve case-related issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Provide administrative and customer support for operations.

Qualifications - REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and healthcare concepts.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, including telephone support.
  • Call Center experience is required
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications - PREFERRED

  • Experience in healthcare, care coordination, case management support, or a related field preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
