POSITION SUMMARYProvides administrative support to one or more individuals in the Cards and Payments department. Responds to inquiries from other areas in the Bank.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Performs a variety of duties to assist in smooth and efficient daily operation of the department.
- Performs calculations necessary to obtain data for regular or special reports or documents.
- Retrieves, prepares and manages records of debit alert communication to Banking Centers.
- Responds to Banking Center calls or e-mail inquiries on debit card alerts and debit card disputes.
- Retrieves and files various card or ATM compliance documentation.
- Performs essential functions of Resource Card Desk such as Resource Card ordering, card maintenance, card closing, responding to Resource Card internal email requests, working e-forms for Travel Exception cases, VIP increases, card creation function and Test ATM Balancing.
- Understand the department standards, policies and procedures established by management.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
- Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS
- One (1) - two (2) years of related work experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
- Exercises common sense and good judgment in decision making.
- Works effectively in a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs; Excel, Access, Word, and Internet Explorer.

EDUCATIONHigh school diploma or GED.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSMinimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
