Job Summary
Position Title: Project Manager, Cardiology Department
Job Summary: The Project Manager for the Cardiology Department is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing projects aimed at improving the operations and services provided within the cardiology outpatient services. This includes managing timelines, budgets, resources, and team coordination to ensure the success of the department's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities include but not limited to:
    1. Project Planning and Implementation:
      • Develop and manage detailed project plans for specific initiatives within the cardiology outpatient department.
      • Define project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with cardiology leadership and stakeholders.
      • Ensure projects align with organizational strategies and regulatory standards.
    2. Team Coordination:
      • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including medical staff, administrative personnel, and external vendors, to achieve project goals.
      • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify roadblocks, and adjust plans as necessary.
    3. Resource Management:
      • Manage project resources effectively, including staffing, budgets, and technology.
      • Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to support project activities.
    4. Process Improvement:
      • Identify areas for process improvement within the cardiology outpatient setting, such as patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and quality of care.
      • Implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness, ensuring that any improvements are sustainable.
    5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
