Job description

We are currently hiring for a part time Cardiac Rehabilitation Therapist within the Cardiac Rehabilitation department here at Aspen Valley Health.

Work Shift:

Days - Other

Compensation Range:

$39.26 - $62.82 Night and weekend shift differentials up to $10 per hour!

The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Exercise Physiology preferred
  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date, preferred
  • ACSM Cancer Exercise Specialist (CES)
  • Experience with EPIC preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Therapist will have expertise in bothcardiac and pulmonary areas and may be registered nurse, respiratory therapist or exercisephysiologist. This role will integrate the components of clinician, teacher,consultant and researcher.
