Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Cardiac Rehab Registered Nurse assists the Cardiac Rehab Coordinator to insure that administration, management, and clinical services of the Cardiac Rehab Department are in compliance with certification and accreditation standards, and in accordance with Hiawatha Hospital Cardiac Rehab Policies and Procedures. This position provides outpatient supervision and education of cardiac patients. This position provides progressive exercises and education during medical supervision to individuals with need for cardiac and or pulmonary conditioning. To enable the participants and their families to achieve their personal level of optimal physical, psychological and social health.
