Cardiac Catheterization Technician

Cardiac Catheterization Technician in Sandusky, Ohio. Supports cardiologists during interventions, operating equipment, monitoring patients, and ensuring safety. Plays a critical role in cardiac catheterization procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized cardiac catheterization procedures and assist cardiologists during interventions
  • Operate and maintain cardiac catheterization equipment, ensuring all devices function correctly
  • Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and answering questions
  • Document procedure details accurately and assist with post-procedure patient care
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ohio Radiologic Tech license
  • BLS certification
  • CPR certification
  • Minimum 1-year experience as Cardiac Catheterization Technician or similar role
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts
