As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of our store — helping customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and thrives in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints

  • Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing needs
