Accounting Administrator - SonSet Solutions

The Accounting Administrator could use one's accounting and finance expertise and attention to detail to ensure the faithful stewardship of resources that support our global ministry efforts. Help manage the financial operations that enable our team to develop technology solutions for the Great Commission with excellence and integrity.

About the Applicant

  • Called to serve in missions

  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong numerical accuracy

  • Experienced in accounting software, experience in QuickBooks and Donor Perfect are ideal

  • Skilled in financial record-keeping and report generation

  • Trustworthy and committed to financial stewardship and accountability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with ACH/credit card processing

How One Will Serve

  • Process and deposit donations, ensuring accurate record-keeping in QuickBooks

  • Generate and verify donor reports for various payment batches and schedules

  • Review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements

  • Manage credit card transactions and assign charges to appropriate accounts

  • Create purchase orders and coordinate approvals for recurring expenses

  • Oversee petty cash management and monthly reconciliation

  • Track and allocate departmental expenses and copy charges

  • Support financial reporting and maintain accurate donation records
