Job Responsibilities:
  • Expand company market share within the industry through increased sales.
  • Strategic planning to achieve company sales goals of key products.
  • Develop/maintain customer relationships with both end-user and authorized distribution.
  • Update CRM software database with customer information.
  • Present new product information and corporate initiatives to sales channels.
  • Identify customer tooling needs and make appropriate recommendations to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Manufacturing is a fast-paced work environment and requires customer follow-up in a timely manner.
  • Provide test data and market analysis to internal engineering and product development teams.
  • Some overnight travel is required.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a CNC environment
    • Programming
    • Engineering
    • Product Design
  • Requires a highly self-motivated individual with a working knowledge of the metal-cutting industry.
  • Ideal candidate should live within the area of responsibility for this position.
  • Previous experience as a metal cutting sales person is preferred but not required.
  • High aptitude for time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional competency in CNC machining
  • Ability to form new customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player willing to support the improvement of their territory.

Education:
  • High School Diploma required
  • 4 year degree in engineering or a technical field is preferred

Pay Range:
$65,000 - $80,000 plus commission and bonus
