Hannibal, MO | Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | Weekly Pay

As an industry leader in carbide cutting tools, we serve customers in the aerospace, automotive, construction, agriculture, power generation, and many other industries.
We're looking for an Maintenance Technician who is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys working with their hands. If you have mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic, we'll provide the training you need to build a rewarding career.
What You'll Do
As part of our Maintenance team, you'll help keep our manufacturing equipment and facility operating efficiently by:
  • Performing scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment
  • Replacing filters in air filtration systems
  • Cleaning exhaust systems and overhead fans
  • Sandblasting, cleaning, and painting equipment and facility components
  • Assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with additional maintenance projects
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

No extensive maintenance experience? No problem. We're willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic math skills
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience with automotive or machine maintenance preferred
  • Basic electrical knowledge, including the ability to identify common electrical components, read simple wiring diagrams, and safely troubleshoot basic electrical issues.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stand and walk for 9-10 hours per shift
  • Work in varying temperatures, including heat and humidity during summer months
  • Good corrected vision and hearing
  • Ability to move throughout the facility

Schedule
Monday-Thursday
6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday (depending on internal factors)
6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

There are three-day weekends many weeks.
