Job description

TOOL AND CUTTER GRINDER

1st & 2nd shift - experienced tool grinders that can program and operate Anca CNC grinders.

ANCA and Rollomatic experienced Setup and or operators needed.

$24 to $45 per hour - Pay based on experience.

Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.

  • Manufacture cutting tools to a high quality finish according to blueprint specifications.
  • Perform quality inspection of tooling throughout manufacturing process.
  • Experience setting up and running ANCA & Rollomatic CNC - tool & cutter grinders.
  • Be capable of running complete tools from solid carbide rod blanks as well as regrinding existing tools.
  • Cleaning and maintenance of machines and support equipment required.
