We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join our growing In Vivo CAR-T Cell Therapy team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of our in vivo CAR-T platform and pipeline by leveraging expertise in cellular immunotherapy, virology, and immunology. This role requires scientific excellence, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to drive projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute research projects to drive innovation of cell and gene therapy platforms and advance pipeline development.
  • Develop and optimize assays, including but not limited to lentiviral vector production and titration, advanced multi-parameter flow cytometry, Incucyte, ELISA, cytotoxicity assays, and PCR-based analyses.
  • Conduct in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate potency, function, and safety of drug candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate novel designs and generate robust, reproducible, and data-driven conclusions.
  • Analyze, interpret, and document experimental results in a timely and highly organized manner, maintaining accurate scientific records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Contribute to scientific strategy, experimental planning, and technology innovation to support pipeline advancement.

Requirements

  • PhD in Immunology or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cell and gene therapy research, with experience in CAR-T cell therapy strongly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cellular immunology, viral vector technologies, and functional assay development.
  • Demonstrated scientific productivity through publications, patents, or equivalent achievements.
  • Strong experimental design, data analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Passion for advancing next-generation cell and gene therapies.
  • Strong sense of scientific ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging scientific and industry developments.
