The Enterprise Truck Rental brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This position will provide a high level of support the Truck department in performing a variety of administrative and business account functions. Our Truck Rental Division provides transportation solutions within the commercial truck industry, renting business to business.

The starting rate of pay is $16 - $19 / hr based on off experience and is located at 7101 W. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46241

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for all Commercial Truck Customers

  • Achieve and maintain proficiency in all necessary computer applications

  • Primary or secondary point of contact for customers needing information

  • Act as liaison between Commercial Truck and customers in the coordination of necessary maintenance requirements and associated paperwork

  • Involvement in overall branch operations

  • Send various documents and letters to customers in a timely manner

  • Participate in regular development meetings and assist to obtain department goals

  • Handle all administrative duties related to the customer base

  • Perform general office duties and miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Occasional involvement in customer facing meetings to help build solid business relationships

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience

  • Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years

  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work a part-time schedule

  • Must be at least 21 years old

DOT Requirements:

We are subject to certain Department of Transportation Regulations

  • All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be qualified to drive under D.O.T. regulations. Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medical examiner's certificate, or submit to and successfully complete a D.O.T. medical examination.
