Job description

Aloha Maui! We are EDS Service Solutions. We staff for car rental companies all across the United States, and right now we’re looking to add Supervisors to our team at Kahului Airport.

If you enjoy driving and working around vehicles, this could be a great fit. We’re looking for dependable, friendly people who are ready to work and can help us move vehicles safely and on time.

We’re at our office Tuesday June 30th to Friday July 3rd and Tuesday July 7th to Friday July 10th , from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

400 Hana Hwy, Suite B1/C, Kahului, HI 96732 (Above the Wave cowork space) The easiest way to find us is to search “Aloha Maui Limousine” in your GPS. We’re in the dark gray building right next to it with tinted dark windows.

  • Location: Kahului Airport

Pay: $21.00 hourly / weekly pay

What you will be doing:

  • You will be responsible for monitoring all employees scheduled to work on your shift.

  • Make sure employees are being productive while at work

  • Making sure employees are following safety protocols

  • Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in the assigned location.

  • Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.

  • Coach and mentor new employees.

  • Carry out tasks a directed.

  • Cover driver/transporters when needed to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Valid US Driver's License

  • Clean Driving Record (3 years)

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead

  • Must be able to work in inclement weather.

  • Must be able to handle physical work, including getting in and out of vehicles safely.

  • Must be able to walk, stand, and bend for up to 8-hour shifts.
