Customer Service Representative – Waikiki Area
Now Hiring! Weekly Pay – $18/hr

EDS Service Solutions partners with leading car rental companies across the United States. We support the operations that help provide customers with a smooth and exceptional rental experience.

Join our team in Waikiki and become part of a fast-paced environment where you will assist customers, manage rental transactions, and help ensure every customer receives excellent service.

Location: Waikiki, Hawaii
Pay Rate: $18/hr – Weekly Pay
Shift: AM & PM Shifts Available – Including Weekends

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the rental process.

  • Assist customers with vehicle rentals, returns, and general questions.

  • Prepare rental agreements and ensure all customer information is accurate.

  • Review rental details, rates, and policies with customers.

  • Assist customers with directions, maps, and local area information.

  • Answer phone calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions when needed.

  • Offer optional products and services based on customer needs.

  • Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work environment.

  • Work with team members to provide efficient and excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 20 years old.

  • Valid US driver's license required.
