Our team is committed to delivering top-tier customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that every visit is memorable. We are looking for a part-time professional and personable Sales Greeter to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of hospitality and service.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Sales Hospitality Greeter at our luxury car dealership, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering exceptional hospitality and ensuring they feel welcome. You will assist with various showroom operations, maintain cleanliness and support the overall client experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, assisting with cafe offerings and helping with key logistics for vehicles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, offering a warm and personalized experience.
  • Offer beverages and hospitality items from the cafe, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and pavilions.
  • Log clients into the showroom and assist them with any specific needs or requests.
  • Assist transporters with vehicle key handovers and drop-off details.
  • Support the inspection team with keys and vehicle location information.
  • Coordinate and ensure that all motor vehicle documents are signed by clients.
  • Help maintain a smooth flow of operations in the showroom and assist in any way possible to enhance the client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience required.
  • Experience in a luxury or high-end environment highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
