We may service and sell vehicles, but first, we’re here to take care of people. We focus on the guest experience and pride ourselves in taking an open and honest approach to provide the best automotive sales and service experience. We thrive on teamwork with an emphasis on individual accountability and employee satisfaction. 

Due to our continued growth, Kalispell Ford is looking for talented individuals seeking opportunities for growth to join our team as a Greeter/Valet. We understand the importance of education, and invest in our staff through continual career growth and opportunities for advancement. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide excellent guest experiences
  • Greet and guide guests to the appropriate service areas
  • Assist in keeping the service lane clear and tidy
  • Valet guest vehicles into the appropriate area for service and pick-up.
  • Assist service writers, service manager and technicians in guest follow-up or communications as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferred 
  • Ability to drive both automatic & manual transmission vehicles
  • Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the service team
  • Computer literacy & detailed follow-up
  • Professional appearance and exceptional communications skills
  • A proactive approach to your career with relation to job responsibilities, business growth and daily development
