Key Responsibilities
- Perform reverse engineering of wiring harnesses, including schematic analysis and routing validation
- Develop and review electrical harness drawings and schematics
- Capture and document technical specifications of harness systems and components
- Ensure adherence to wiring standards and industry design practices
- Support sourcing team with technical evaluation of supplier proposals and alternate components
