Director Of Brokerage - Life Insurance Growth

TruOak Financial Partners

Atlanta, GA โ€ข Hybrid

$150K/yr

Full-time

Posted 4 days ago

Job description

TruOak Financial Partners is looking for a Director of Brokerage who can recruit producers, strengthen broker relationships, and help turn a growing life insurance department into a major driver of the firm’s expansion.

This hybrid leadership role is for someone who understands life insurance and knows how to build relationships with independent brokers, financial professionals, and producing agents. Recruiting new brokerage relationships will be a major part of the position, along with helping existing producers place more business and get greater value from the TruOak platform.

You will be responsible for expanding our brokerage network throughout Atlanta and the surrounding market. That means identifying prospective producers, starting conversations, presenting our capabilities, and developing relationships that lead to long-term production.

Once brokers join the platform, you will remain closely involved. You will help them navigate products, solve case-related challenges, identify opportunities, and connect them with the resources needed to grow their business.

This is not an administrative position. We need a visible and proactive leader who can create activity, establish accountability, and become a trusted resource for both new and experienced producers.

For someone who can recruit producers, earn their trust, and help them write more business, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing department and directly influence TruOak’s continued expansion.
