We are aclose-knitoffice where wework together as a teamto create the best possible experience for each of our clients. You will beinteracting with clients to determine their insurance needs and find the policy that will best benefit them whilefollowing uptoensure satisfaction. We are a small office and get along well with others and show our appreciation in any way we can. Our work hours are 8:30 to 4:30 with 1 hour for lunch. Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Prepare timely and complete insurance quotes for customers.
  • Service personal lines insurance accounts
  • Assist in billing and payments for customers
  • Round out accounts by offering additional personal lines coverages.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
  • Ethical conduct at all times.
Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty license
  • Experience with Agency Management Systems such AMS360 or similar software.
  • Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
