About the Role
As a Pharmacy Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timelydelivery of medications to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Utilizing computer systems to safely package medications, including sorting orders, generating labels, and communicating with cross-functional teams
  • Operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, including accurate and timely delivery of the above
  • Ad hoc problem solving to accomplish the safe, accurate, and timely processing and packaging of prescription medications, including surfacing opportunities for improvement when relevant and consistent adherence to company best practices

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional warehouse setting or in sorting and packaging orders for delivery while adhering to safety and quality metrics
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time without rest, averaging 10-12 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, including comfortability using ladders to reach high shelving and bending down to reach low shelving
  • Strong proficiency with technology, including Windows PC, and strong ability to learn complex new systems
  • Availability to work within the required schedule: Schedule: Thursday to Saturday 8am to 8:30pm
