The Impact You Will Make

In this role, you will support the Digital Experience team's mission to deliver high-quality, user-centered web experiences that drive engagement and measurable outcomes for our university partners. As a Senior Specialist, you will demonstrate strong ownership of assigned projects by actively managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables through completion. Through your work managing the execution of SEO, content, UX, and web optimization initiatives, you will help the Digital Experience team deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences that support student engagement, partner success, and Risepoint's broader mission to expand access to education.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and execute digital experiences such as organic audits, deep dives, and enhancements; UX template and component creation and optimization; and web testing initiatives. Supports Project Managers and Project Director with planning and execution tasks for larger, more complex digital initiatives as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities across SEO, UX design and content strategy teams, ensuring work progresses smoothly through defined workflows
  • Track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and approvals in Workfront to maintain visibility and accountability
  • Communicate clear and concise project status updates, deadlines, and actionable next steps to cross-functional stakeholders. Identify project risks, blockers, and scope creep early and escalate with recommended options to Project Managers or project leadership as appropriate.
  • Monitor project-level capacity and sequencing risks and flags potential conflicts or prioritization issues to project leadership.
  • Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders by providing regular updates, supporting risk identification, and maintaining alignment with project goals and objectives.

  • Digital experience projects are delivered on time, adhering to agreed-upon scope, with accurate tracking and minimal rework.
  • Stakeholders have visibility into project status, timelines, and dependencies. Project documentation and workflows are consistently followed and kept up to date.

Experience That Matters Most

  • 3-5 years of experience coordinating or managing projects in digital marketing, web, or creative environments
  • Hands-on experience supporting digital marketing projects (such as website, SEO, content strategy, or UX-related projects)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using project management tools to track work and communicate status (Workfront preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree
