Responsibilities & Expectations:

As a Project Manager LevelII, you will oversee moderately complex projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budgetary compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery. This role includes opportunities to develop leadership skills and improve operational efficiencies.

  • Project Leadership
    • Manage mid-sized projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Act as the primary contact for customer communication during project execution.
  • Project Coordination
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
    • Perform estimating tasks and input information into the quoting system.
    • Oversee key project tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Generate detailed reports on project status and metrics for stakeholders.
    • Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and all other required documentation.
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct audits and address issues as needed.
    • Integrate sustainable practices into project planning and execution.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with customers, contractors, and engineers to resolve challenges.
    • Foster teamwork and maintain alignment on project goals.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Flexibility to perform other assigned tasks to support the overall business objectives, while proactively seeking opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of NEC standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
  • Experience in project estimating and familiarity with quoting and takeoff processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working on projects that involve cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent are a plus.
