Job Description:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of facilities improvement, utilities, and minor construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulations.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Prepare and track project budgets, ensuring costs remain within limits while optimizing resource usage.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Select and oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, including GMP and safety standards, through inspections and audits.
  • Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identify and address project risks or issues proactively to prevent delays and maintain quality.


Requirement:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience in pharma related projects.
  • MS Project or Primavera experience for Project scheduling
  • Cost estimation and tracking experience
  • Start to end project experience
  • Engineering background (Pharma or Mechanical or Chemical/ Process engineering background)
