Job description

Amazon Global Operations Shared Services is looking for a Program Manager that can provide capital planning and project management support directly contributing to growing Amazon's Worldwide Operations network. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting multiple Business Units, including support for new buildings, expansions, retrofits and new technology initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and support one or multiple of Amazon's business units: Global Customer Fulfillment, Global Air Program, Global Transportation, Amazon Logistics, or Sort Center Network.
Ensure adequate project funding is secured enabling on time and under budget project execution.
Partner with internal Amazon teams and build processes and tools to enable scalable and flexible operations.
Develop estimates, assumptions, schedules, cash flow forecasts, track budgets, and manage execution plans
Partner and contribute across all functions within Engineering Services and actively manage multiple stakeholders including Finance, Program Management Office, Supply Chain Capacity, Startup, Launch, Real Estate, Construction, Operations Engineering, and Procurement
Manage Funding Milestones and Schedule Dependencies
Collaborate amongst multiple cross-functional teams to align project planning, financial entitlement, and effective investment decision making.
Partner closely with downstream partners to ensure funding for a program is delivered on-time and with a high quality driving minimal defects to project deployment and execution.
