Oversee, mentor and train the Analysts, Associates and Managers on the Project Finance team dedicated to finance the company's solar projects. Manage and review financial models reflecting complex financing structures. Review and negotiate financing documentation and supporting project documents. Oversee due diligence process including Independent Engineer, Legal, Insurance and Environmental diligence. Coordinate between business development, finance, legal and operations professionals to ensure bankability of Projects. Salary: $250,000/year
