About the Job You're Considering
At Capgemini Invent, our Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team makes AI work at scale by combining data science and engineering with business consulting. Your Role
As a Managing Consultant, AI Product & Innovation, you will lead full AI discovery and strategy engagements end-to-end, defining the engagement approach, running delivery teams, and owning the quality of strategy outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to VP-level client leaders, navigating complex stakeholder environments and shaping decisions across AI strategy, product innovation, and transformation execution.

  • Owning VP-level client relationships and managing complex organizational dynamics
  • Defining engagement approach, team structure, and delivery plans for complex programs
  • Shaping AI product roadmaps and investment cases that align executive vision with technical realities
  • Driving business development by identifying expansion opportunities, leading proposals, and supporting deal closure
  • Building, mentoring, and managing teams of Consultants and Senior Consultants
  • Contributing to DDT's AI product methodology, reusable assets, and thought leadership

Your Skills + Experience
You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise AI, data, or digital product initiatives, primarily within consulting or advisory environments
  • Proven ability to lead engagements end-to-end and manage VP-level client relationships
  • Deep fluency in the AI product landscape, including foundation models, agentic frameworks, and AI governance tooling
  • Strong business development capabilities, including proposal leadership, executive selling, and account expansion
  • Experience building, managing, and mentoring small to mid-sized delivery teams
  • Strong executive communication and strategic storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
