  • Stakeholder & Utility Coordination: Drive internal and external decision-making, including utility engagement, to ensure power timelines support project schedules. Provide accurate, transparent, and timely updates to leadership and external partners.

  • Strategic Growth & Agility: Identify future infrastructure needs to match expansion plans and develop deployable solutions. Adapt to changing business models and contribute cross-functionally across the organization to drive long-term, scalable success.

What you will need for this position

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Must be able to review architectural/civil drawings and electrical diagrams.

  • Demonstrable experience in large-scale infrastructure project management and delivering multi-site deployments.

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget creation, forecasting, change order management and CapEx oversight.

  • Mastery of project management and project scheduling concepts, including Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule development and implementation.

  • Familiarity with utility processes and power infrastructure development.

  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical and financial information clearly to senior leadership.

  • Proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and operate strategically in a decentralized organization.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

  • Applicants must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
