About the Company

We are helping a leading heavy civil contractor in the Phoenix area, specializing in dry utility infrastructure and complex underground utility projects find their next Project Manager. They are also seeking an estimator and Senior Project Manager as they continue to grow. They are known for delivering high-quality results through innovation, safety, and integrity.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full project lifecycle for dry utility construction jobs

  • Maintain control of schedule, field costs, and forecasting

  • Prepare and submit Statements of Qualifications, RFP responses, and project submittals

  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams

  • Ensure compliance with project specs, timelines, and budgets

  • Support preconstruction activities including scope reviews and value engineering

  • Conduct regular site visits and field coordination as needed


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in underground utility construction (dry utilities preferred)

  • Experience with Alternative Project Delivery Methods is essential, ideally with Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and Job Order Contracting.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
