Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to establish a clear understanding of their physical condition and treatment goals.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices and cost-effective modalities to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and physical function.
  • Incorporate a variety of techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, aimed at restoring functional movement.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Engage patients with motivational strategies that empower them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
  • Educate patients about non-surgical treatment options and lifestyle changes that support long-term health and wellness.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatment protocols accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidimensional approach to patient care, ensuring comprehensive support.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
