Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY

Preparing food to order for employees. Includes grill/fryer cooking and cash register duties.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare food per employee orders. Also includes Grill cooking, cash register duties and cleaning duties. Must positively interact with employees and provide excellent customer service. Occasional lifting to 35 pounds, will perform stocking duties and will operate dishwasher equipment. Other cleaning of cooking area and tables to comply with cleanliness standards. Must comply with all safety and quality good manufacturing practices guidelines. Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 11:30 PM - 3:30 AM. Possibility need to extend hours as needed.


MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Must have obtained high school diploma, GED or equivalent.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED):
three months experience with grill cooking, cash register, and food service duties preferred.

LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
Be able to obtain Utah Food Handlers permit.

OTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED
Ability to safely operate hot grill, fryers, stand for most of 4-hr shift.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The starting rate for this Part-time, hourly position is $18.45.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
