Job description

Cape Cod Healthcare in beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts, is seeking a BC/BE OB-GYN to join its collegial team of 9 physicians, 2 NPs and 5 CNMs in either a traditional OB/GYN model, Laborist Model or a Hybrid of both. Deliveries and surgeries are performed at Cape Cod Hospital. This busy out-patient practice delivers a broad range of gynecological and obstetric services. A balanced call schedule with gyn backup, supportive staff, quality care, and a focus on provider as well as patient satisfaction make this the ideal opportunity to meet both professional and personal needs.

The Laborist role would be 14 shifts a month, 7 days /7 nights in coordination with our current Laborist. In-house call coverage is 7PM to 7AM/ 7AM - 7PM. You will work in collaboration with 24 hour coverage with CNMs. Skilled, compassionate team of obstetricians, midwives and maternity nurses. Partnerships with BILH and other Boston hospitals for specialized high-risk pregnancy care and neonatal intensive care when needed. Pediatric hospitalists available 24/7. This is a hospital employed position and offers excellent compensation/ benefits package with some relocation support.
