The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will lead the day-to-day management of RYSE’s social platforms while creating engaging, trend-driven content that strengthens brand awareness and grows our community. This role blends social strategy, platform management, and hands-on content creation.
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
  • Create, film, edit, and publish platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging channels.
  • Write compelling captions and social copy that reflect the RYSE brand voice.
  • Capture content at product launches, events, retail activations, athlete shoots, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Manage the OnBrand platform, including coordinating sampling events, reviewing ambassador activity, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring brand guidelines and deliverables are met.
  • Identify trends, cultural moments, and reactive content opportunities.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, tagging, and quality control.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions while engaging with the community.
  • Collaborate with athletes, influencers, and internal creative teams to produce content.
  • Support product launches and campaigns with platform-specific social strategies.
  • Track performance and deliver regular reporting on reach, engagement, follower growth, and content effectiveness.
