About the Role: The Launch Box is seeking a Social Media Intern to join our team and take an active role in growing our digital presence and brand voice. This role is designed for someone who is both creative and analytical, with a strong interest in B2B marketing, content strategy, and emerging technologies.

You will support and execute social media initiatives across The Launch Box and its portfolio companies, helping translate complex business offerings into engaging, high-performing content. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how modern B2B brands grow through content, distribution, and AI-powered workflows.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and manage day-to-day social media execution for The Launch Box and its portfolio companies, primarily on LinkedIn
  • Draft, edit, schedule, and publish social posts that align with each company's voice, goals, and positioning
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) to:
    • Generate content drafts and variations
    • Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets 
    • Support research and ideation
  • Repurpose blogs, founder insights, webinars, podcasts, case studies, event updates, and internal milestones into engaging social content
  • Track performance across social channels and summarize insights around engagement, reach, follower growth, and content themes
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and AI tools
  • Provide recommendations on how to improve reach, engagement, and overall brand presence

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in B2B marketing, content strategy, and social media growth
  • Experience managing or creating content for social platforms (LinkedIn preferred)
